Content generated by NewPR.io is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended as a starting point for your review, editing, and approval — not as final, publication-ready material.
You are solely responsible for all content you generate, edit, and publish using NewPR.io. This includes but is not limited to:
NewPR.io provides a tool — you remain the author, editor, and publisher of all final content.
NewPR.io may generate suggested quotes attributed to names you provide or to placeholder names. You must not publish quotes attributed to real individuals without their explicit prior consent. Falsely attributing statements to individuals may constitute defamation, fraud, or violation of applicable laws. NewPR.io bears no responsibility for quotes or statements attributed to third parties without their permission.

Content you generate using NewPR.io belongs to you, and NewPR.io contractually assigns all ownership rights in such content to you. You grant NewPR.io a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models or share them with third parties.
Copyright Notice: While NewPR.io assigns all contractual ownership rights to you, we make no representation as to the copyrightability of AI-generated outputs under U.S. law. Recent federal court decisions have held that works generated by artificial intelligence without significant human authorship may not qualify for copyright protection. You are responsible for determining the intellectual property status of any content you generate and publish.
The NewPR.io platform, software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of NewPR.io and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewPR.io shall not be liable for:
Your use of NewPR.io is at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewPR.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you create, publish, or distribute using the platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
NewPR.io offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. The cancellation process is designed to be straightforward and requires no more steps than the original sign-up process, in compliance with the FTC's "Click-to-Cancel" rule. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law or our 14-day money-back guarantee.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and locally stored data may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of NewPR.io shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
